Anita Zimmerman joined the Commercial/Investment Division of Wilhoit Properties in 1996 as an executive assistant to Ken Schwab. Obtaining her Missouri real estate salesperson license in 2001, Anita worked exclusively with Ken in commercial sales and leasing duties until 2007. After enjoying time at home with her young children, Anita re-joined the Ken Schwab team in 2013 and continues specializing exclusively in commercial sales and leasing. Anita and her husband Matt, Sr. VP of Zimmerman Construction (of which Wilhoit Properties is a subsidiary) have two children.
