Teresa Schwab moved to Springfield in 1976 to attend Missouri State University and graduated in 1979 with a BS degree in Finance and General Business. Teresa has spent many years in sales/management in the retail/advertising industry as well as a development position with Springfield Catholic School System. In 1999, Teresa received her Missouri Broker/Salesperson license and began specializing in commercial retail/office leasing in the Commercial/Investment division of Wilhoit Properties. Teresa has been involved in the Springfield community through various volunteer organizations and continues to support BCFO, GYNCA, and Springfield Catholic Schools. Married to Ken Schwab in 1979, they have 2 adult children, Ashley Quinn and Branden Schwab both of Springfield.
